Kevin Cohee is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OneUnited Bank. Through Mr. Cohee's visionary leadership, OneUnited Bank has exceeded industry averages year after year regarding asset growth and profitability. From 1996 to 2006, OneUnited assets have grown from $56 million to over $550 million; an annual asset growth rate over 40% per year. The Bank has consistently produced a return on assets over 1% and compound growth rates on its common equity of over 35%. The Bank has also received the highest award offered by the United States government for community development for the last two years.

A successful business executive and entrepreneur for almost 20 years, Mr. Cohee founded a consulting firm in 1979 specializing in the acquisition of radio and television stations by minorities. After obtaining his JD/MBA in 1985, Mr. Cohee became an investment banker at Salomon Brothers, Inc. By 1988, through a leveraged buyout, Mr. Cohee acquired Military Professional Services, Inc. (MPS), a 29-year old company that marketed Visa and MasterCard credit cards to military personnel. Mr. Cohee successfully turned MPS into a profitable company with a $40 million portfolio and 20,000 customers. By 1993, Mr. Cohee sold the assets of MPS achieving significant financial benefit from the transaction. Mr. Cohee purchased a majority controlling interest in Boston Bank of Commerce in 1995 - when the Bank was experiencing financial difficulties. Mr. Cohee was elected Chairman and CEO in 1996 and has since spearheaded the Bank's growth and profitability.

Mr. Cohee is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Harvard Law School. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin; where he was a 4-year letterman in football. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and has received numerous awards for his business and community achievements and contributions.

Mr. Jheryl Busby serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of OneUnited Bank. Mr. Busby is currently the head of Urban Music at DreamWorks SKG and the principal and owner of Busby Holdings, a company engaged in artist and executive management, consulting and other businesses. Mr. Busby is a veteran of the music industry. He is best known for reviving Motown Records, creating the Urban Music department at MCA Records, and building the black music division at A& M Records. Mr. Busby has held senior executive positions with Stax Records, Cassablanca Records, Atlantic, CBS, A&M, MCA and Motown.

Richard D. Carr, D.D.S., a practicing pedodontist for over 23 years has established one of most successful dental practices in Boston. Carr & Associates provides a wide range of dental services including pedodontics, endodontics, orthodontics and general dentistry. In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Carr is a Clinical Professor of Pedodontics at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Prior to private practice, Dr. Carr practiced at Boston University and the Roxbury Medical and Dental Group. He was also the Coordinator of Pedodontic Services at Roxbury Comprehensive Community Health Center. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Urban League of Massachusetts and currently serves on the Council of Dental Care of the Massachusetts Dental Society. Dr. Carr is a graduate of Lincoln University, University of Missouri, Meharry Medical College and Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.

Kenneth C. Edelin, M.D. is Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and since 1989 has been the Associate Dean for Student and Minority Affairs at Boston University School of Medicine. In 1995 he became the Director of the Early Medical School Selection Program. Dr. Edelin has also served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boston University School of Medicine and Managing Director of Roxbury Comprehensive Health Center, the largest provider of primary health care services in Boston's African-American community. Dr. Edelin has published widely in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with special emphasis in the areas of teen pregnancy prevention and substance abuse during pregnancy. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Committee on Health Care for Underserved Women of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He also is a member of the National Board of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Dr. Edelin is a graduate of Columbia University and Meharry Medical College.

Leander J. Foley , a Partner in and the Managing Director of the Washington, DC firm of Moss, McGee, Bradley, & Foley. Mr. Foley represents various client interests on behalf of the firm including: minority banking, housing, community and rural develop, community services, disability issues, small and disadvantaged business, education, migrant labor and civil rights. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Foley served in a variety of positions in Washington including as an advisor to the Carter White House, chief assistant to a Cabinet level official, and as a professional staff member of two U.S. Senate Committees.

Melvin B. Miller is founder of the Bay State Banner, a weekly newspaper advocating the interests of Greater Boston's African American community. Since 1965, Mr. Miller has served as the Banner's Publisher and Editor. Prior to the establishment of the Banner, Mr. Miller was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts. In 1973 the State Banking Commissioner appointed him as the Conservator of the Unity Bank and Trust Company, Boston's first minority bank. He was a founding partner of Fitch, Miller & Touse law firm from 1981 – 1991 and was General Counsel of WHDH-TV, Channel 7 in Boston from 1982 until 1993. A long-term trustee of Boston University, Mr. Miller is a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a trustee of the Huntington Theatre Company and the Boston Medical Center and Mass, Inc. a public policy think tank. He serves as a director of USSALEP (United States South Africa Leadership Exchange Program. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the Boston Latin School, Harvard College and Columbia Law School.

Walter B. Prince is an equity partner of Prince, Lobel with 26 years of trial and management experience. Mr. Prince is a former Assistant United States attorney, and during his tenure was chief of a major prosecution unit. As General Counsel for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Mr. Prince was responsible for managing all the litigation brought by and against the Authority. Mr. Prince is former two-term president of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, a member of the American Bar Association and National Bar Association, an adjunct professor of law, and a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has represented Harvard University, The MBTA, Stride, Remington, HMI, and RoxComp in employment matters.

J. Alan Rosen is a Certified Public Account and the former Partner in Charge of the Entrepreneurial Business Practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, where he led the business and tax consulting services group for start-up and growth-oriented clients. He continued in private industry as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a rapidly growing multi-state dental services organization where he successfully implemented a rapid turn around strategy. Most recently Mr. Rosen has been a consultant with Crouch, Nunis & Matthews, LLP where he has been advising the Walt Disney Company in the implementation of its Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance. His public service has included Chairman and Treasurer of the Century City Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for Beyond Shelter, a nonprofit organization providing affordable housing/social services for the homeless and needy and served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the Preservation of Film Music. The Small Business Administration has honored him as “Accountant of the Year”. Mr. Rosen earned his BBA degree from Adelphi University and did his MBA work at NYU Graduate School of Business.

George A. Russell Jr. is Executive Vice President and Director of Community Affairs for State Street Corporation. He has 30 years of experience in banking and finance, beginning his career at State Street Bank & Trust Company in Boston. He is a trained credit analyst and loan officer who has worked with small and middle market companies as well as Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Russell has also served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the City of Boston, and President and CEO of Freedom National Bank of New York. In addition to managing State Street's community affairs division, Mr. Russell is the director of the State Street Foundation. He is past chairman of the board for both the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and the Financial Services Academy, and currently serves on the board of advisors to the African Presidential Archives and Research Center at Boston University. Mr. Russell is a graduate of Clark University and received his MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

John L. Sims, President of John L. Sims Consulting is a successful and widely recognized leader with extensive worldwide experience in strategic planning and business operations. With over 30 years of corporate management expertise, he has held senior executive positions at WFD, South Africa Free Elections Fund and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Sims is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Freedom House in Boston, Chair of the Finance Committee of the National Urban league and Chair of Board of Trustees for Cambridge College. He also serves on the Board of Directors of ABW Manufacturing Company, American Society for Training and Development, Roxbury Community College foundation and the Bay State Skills Corporation. He was named by Black Enterprise as one of the top 25 Black Executives. He is a recipient of a NAACP Image Award and the National Urban League Achievement Award. Mr. Sims earned a BS degree from Delaware State University.

Ambassador Sidney Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Williams Group. Ambassador Williams provides consulting services to individuals, groups and organizations in finance, government procurement opportunities, and joint venture arrangements for women and minorities. U.S. Ambassador Williams served a successful four and a half year tour as U.S. Ambassador to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williams played professional football for six (6) seasons with the Cleveland Browns, including the 1964 National Football League Championship, and later with the Washington Redskins, Baltimore Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers, before being inducted into Southern University’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Mr. Williams earned a BA degree from Southern University and an MS degree from Pepperdine University. Mr. Williams is married to Congresswoman Maxine Waters (Democrat-California). He is a member of the Association of Black American Ambassadors; a member of the national Association of Colored People (NAACP); a member of Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity; a lifetime member of Southern University Alumni and a past member of the Board of Directors of Southwest College Foundation.

Teri Williams is President and serves on the Board of Directors of OneUnited Bank. She is responsible for implementation of the Bank's strategic initiatives, as well as the day to day operations of the bank. These operational areas include all retail branches, marketing, compliance, lending, information technology, customer support, legal, and human resources. Under her leadership, OneUnited Bank has consolidated the local names and product offerings of four (4) banks to create a powerful national brand supported by innovative products and services. She believes the financial services industry has not connected with urban communities to fully support economic development and wealth building. OneUnited Bank can serve as a bridge by offering affordable financial services for all and financial workshops. She brings 25 years of financial services expertise from premier institutions such as Bank of America and American Express, where she was one of the youngest Vice Presidents. Ms. Williams holds an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard University and a B.A. with distinctions from Brown University. She has served as Treasurer of Dimock Community Health Center in Roxbury, MA for over 5 years. Ms. Williams has received numerous notations and awards for her contribution to urban communities including from the Urban League, NAACP and the National Black MBA Association.
