- Online Banking – With OneUnited OnLine, you can access account information and transfer balances between OneUnited Bank accounts from the convenience of your home through the use of a personal computer. Sign up for OneUnited OnLine here. It's FREE and available to any OneUnited Bank consumer or sole proprietor who holds a checking or savings account.
- Visa® Debit cards – With a OneUnited Bank Visa Debit card, free and convenient access to your money is everywhere you want to be. With Visa Debit Card, you can make purchases anywhere Visa Debit is accepted, obtain cash (surcharge free) from OneUnited Bank ATMs, obtain cash back (surcharge free) from many grocery stores, drug stores and convenience stores, obtain cash (surcharge free) from SUM or Fastbank ATMs and make online purchases where ever Visa Debit is accepted.
- ATM Cards – With our ATM cards, you can access your accounts and obtain cash for free from proprietary ATMs (One United Bank ATMs) and SUM® or Fastbank® ATMs. ATM cards are available to Internet, Personal, Senior, Student, Savings and Sole Proprietor Members.
- Telephone Banking – With our free Link Line Telephone Banking service, you can obtain your account balances, transfer balances or confirm check payments 24 hours/day from the convenience of your home or office. This telephone service is simple to use and available to all customers. Simply call toll free 1-877-56-UNITY or 1-877-568-6489 and follow the instructions provided over the phone.
- Direct Deposit – With our FREE Direct Deposit Program, you can have your payroll, retirement, social security or any other U.S. Treasury checks directly deposited to your account. This service is not only convenient, but more importantly, it increases the security of your money by minimizing the threat of theft and the need for you to carry and cash your checks. We highly encourage our Senior Members to take advantage of this service. Ask about this service in our branches.
- Banking By Mail – With our Bank-By-Mail program, you can deposit checks conveniently from anywhere in the country. We follow up with a confirmation by mail so you know that your funds have been deposited. Ask about this service in our branches.
- Online Check Reordering – With our Online Check Reordering Program, we have partnered with Harland Inc. so that you can order checks for any OneUnited Bank checking account from the convenience of your home or office. It's so simple! Just access the secure Harland website and follow the easy-to-use instructions.
